     As an employee,it is often wise that you seek mentorship from an outstanding employee in your workplace or profession. And in the process, you ought to adopt an open minded policy towards your mentor in other to access every relevant assistance towards defeating those challenges that might stand as a barrier towards the dreams of success in your profession.Simply put,turning those difficulties that slow down your aspiration of an outstanding accomplishment in your profession into a stepping stone towards attaining the aspired height in the same profession.
