    Some tend to blame a deplorable financial standing on, peer pressure,lack of job opportunity, the willingness to accept any job offer available in order to earn a living,educational back ground ,etc.Not realizing that there are numerous  in number of individuals who have had similar complaint and somewhat limitations but are earning substantial income while still doing tremendously well in there profession or business, and living a much more better life,having more than enough to take care of family obligations,taking there family on holiday trips and still looking forward to paying the tuition of there growing kids who would at a point in time be preparing towards going to  college. Such individuals plan ahead and are equally prepared to carry out any financial obligations attached to there future plans,both for themselves and there family from there income. This should be a strong reason for you to accept the fact that you are were you are financially because you wanted it that way and to prompt you to take a wise decision towards improving your financial life.

  A friend on mine got a knowledge of this after he had red one of my write up on 'make a change if not content'while we were on a certain evening outing,as we were having our conversation,he revealed to me how my write up had changed his mindset on his present financial status and why he decided to take a decision towards changing his financial status by investing in a business that would earn him more financially  to enable him live his dream life.He decided to live his present job to enable him have full concentration in his venture.He actually intended on investing the fund he had saved over the years as a paid employee on renting a very comfortable apartment with a jacuzzi for just two years.Now haven known my friend for a while,he was just not the investment conscious kind of guy,  and at that point in his life, haven heard how my write up interceded in making him consider taking a wise decision with his funds, I felt pleased within that I was able to encourage a dear friend of mine to change the way he lived and live a better life financially by making a wise decision. He accepted the fact that he was not where he was suppose to be financially and decided to make a change. You too can do the same,despite a deplorable financial standing,and if you lack investment IQ.

  All you have to to do is to change your mindset even before you start asking yourself those basic questions as your responsibilities in life and family starts to increase. But rather,dominate your mind with the thought that with what you are receiving from your present job,you deserve something much better from your job,you deserve better for a much better life and act towards achieving what you thought of.This should be an undisputed fact to you as an individual.

 NOTE:When it seems tedious getting your dream job,grab whatever job opportunity available,it is as a matter of fact the starting point towards attaining your desire of living good financially.But,do not remain low and average, while at it,fix your thoughts towards moving from where you are to where you ought to be  in life,keep going and don't stop until you achieve your goal. And while your at it,also work on improving your value belief abilities it would further give you the edge in the same regard.

Self Compliment

    Probably a couple of folks may misunderstand this topic. You may assume it is directed at you showering compliments on yourself  over how beautiful or how good looking you are as an individual. But, in this context,it simply is directed at something else asides all that.But yet, don't get me wrong, It is a good thing to periodically walk up to the mirror and give yourself a good compliment on how God wonderfully created you. in fact, I recommend that you do that.But I am referring to you as an individual,complementing yourself on how you have been able to discover your potentials and applying the same and also gaining the benefits from your discovered talents or abilities,either natural or acquired over time.This also stretches towards your educational qualifications, experience,skills and your ability to tackle pressing issues of life.

    The fact is, as long as you exist,your potentials would still live and exist with you it never dies until you seize to exist. In the same regard,the decision you make in choosing the talent you possess and developing and nurturing it to attain its maximum efficiency solely depends on you.

    This brings back  memories of my growing up as a child. Whenever am at home and not playing with the other kids. I would get creative. I  would construct cars and foot wears with carton.I often would think of something I could create using carton. On a certain day my dad bought his first Mecedes Benz.I went outside to the garage and thought to myself if I could create my dad new Mededes Benz using carton.After creating my ideas,  I would take my invention to my dad to hear how he felt about my talent.My dad would often look at my invention and smiles and says to me 'well done son'.Now, the exceptionality in this story is,while I was dwelling on a particular talent. I observe that I had yet another talent in writing stories.But, I never took it seriously back then.I just had a dream of becoming an inventor.After a while as I got older,I developed interest in looking out for interesting and motivational books  and reading them to find out what it was talking about.I even went as far as reading the auto biography of great authors  and I decided to start writing with devotion,suddenly.Along the line ,unknowingly and excitedly. I started writing with enthusiasm and the thoughts were just flowing out from brains.Then I had that feeling that I was actually reviving a talent that would showcase me to the world.I discovered the fun in writing motivational stories in any available area of life to motivate people and to keep readers at the edge of the seat waiting to read more. Each day after work, I would write on my experiences waiting for the appropriate time to show it to all in a book as I wrote them. It was quite exciting as I walked along with my newly discovered talent.

    In all of this, I was able to recognize my treasured talent in writing and used it to motivate and touch lives positively.And I am as a matter of fact still touching lives positively through my write up.

  The morals lesson in my story is,you have a talent and you must definitely discover it. It was not given to you to do noting with it.It was given to you for a purpose,discover it, and work towards developing it to reach its maximum potential.Then you would truly compliment yourself on how your discovered talent came as a great help in changing your life for good.

The positive outcome In a dogged Attempt

    The determination to move from where you presently are to were you ought to be in your finances is what I refer to as "the will power to earn more than what you earn". This ideology is as a matter of  fact a driving force that would propel you to put in your best ideas to work at your work place or business that would in turn prompt management of the organization and people to increase your income or pay you money for just your ability to proffer useful ideas and advise.

It is the driving force that keeps you moving until you accomplish your goals. Though it has its short comings when unnecessary desperation sets in. Which is not advisable while you work hand in hand with 'the willpower to earn more than you earn' and 'A dogged approach',but without  unnecessary desperation.

   First and foremost,haven observed that you are not were you ought to be in your finances, you have to decide to move from your present financial status to a much better one.A dogged attempt towards  accomplishing this set aspiration should definitely give you the boost on the road towards your desired goals and aspiration haven applied 'the willpower to earn more than what you earn'.

Gaining your employers confidence as an employee

    Alot of company managers particularly place high value on employees that see to it that company tasks are often achieved within the quickest possible time and achieved satisfactorily.Giving your employer the confidence that he can trust you can help your career in life changing ways. These signs are usually a clear indication to your employer that you can take charge and handle his responsibilities in his absence.
