     The most important and crucial first step in decision making process often has alot to do with a nature of curiosity based on your unpleasant observations in a work environment.These two term work hand in hand in decision  making.The word curiosity is simply the  desire to learn or to have substantial knowledge about a thing. A curious mind often discard unwanted information and focuses on relevant related information that would be useful in accomplishing a task.

 Consequently,an inquisitive nature often serve to  acquire substantial information which also serves as an enablement in making a wise decision. As the saying goes"Curiosity kills the cat"Am thinking probably the cat must have been so curious and eventually died of too much curious.But to you as an individual, your  curiosity should be directed towards getting the right information and answers to questions you need to ask that would get you properly started in achieving a desired outcome from an unpleasant observation.

 You might be inquisitive to ask.How those a curious mind avail in decision making process.The answer,before a decision is made,proper information,data and consultation must have been made and brought into a single file based on the compilation of all these to end up becoming a final decision.A curious minds those not only aid in decision making process,it can as a matter of fact also be applied in improving the skills and abilities of an employee in a work environment.

     Certain organizations are perceived to be slow in achieving its desired height even as technology advances. It would often entail that  at a stage,the organization would often imbibe the culture of curiosity among its workforce, just to meet up with the changing trend of technological advancement and for a glaring reputable existence. Your employers are quite aware of these tendencies and often, based on there search for a suitable candidate for a job offer, they are rather conscious of this fact and would like to have a deeper insight into the other qualities you possess as an individual that would make you the likely candidate that would also serve as the defense of the organization against issues that might lead to the liquidation of such an organization.
