     Haven observed employees in a typical work environment. From my observations, they often talk alot about organizational culture,that mysterious word that characterizes the qualities of a typical work environment.Some of the observed questions and assessment of an employer towards a likely candidate to be employed are often directed to whether the prospective candidate to be employed,if he or she possesses a good culture fit.Culture at that moment is usually rather difficult to define,you generally know when you have indeed found the right candidate that appears to fit your culture.At that point,there is a feeling that you have gotten the right person for the job offer.

    Culture in a work environment is that which surrounds you both in your work place and every where else.A powerful element that shapes your work enjoyment,work relationships,work processes and professionalism.In various ways,culture is like a personality.In an individual,culture is made up of the underlying  assumptions,values,beliefs,interests,experience,and upbringing.

      Alot of  professionals in there chosen profession often make use of a strategy called "value outline approach"having the ability to determine there various work values and the importance of such values can aid you  in becoming the best in any work environment.In a more diversified term,a work value outline approach is a compilation of the value rating of yourself as an individual employee. For instance,the instructions may tell you to rate each value on a scale of one to ten,giving a one to those values that are most important to you and a ten to those that are less important.There is a likely tendency that you would be asked to list out series of work values in there order of relevance.Proper career choices are often determined based on the result of a work value outline approach that would enable you give full concentration on those values and norms that would aid you in being recognized as the best candidate for the position presently occupied in a workplace.Undoubtedly and as a matter of fact, it further increases your personality as an employee by you setting a target for the growth of the establishment you work in,and work towards achieving the desired result.The bottom line is, the quickest link that would aid your career to be on a fast track is simply by you as individual employee being the best at what you do and in turn becoming valued in a work environment,and you would eventually receive the attention that would aid you in having a better financial future from your career.
