Haven observed employees in a typical work environment. From my observations, they often talk alot about organizational culture,that mysterious word that characterizes the qualities of a typical work environment.Some of the observed questions and assessment of an employer towards a likely candidate to be employed are often directed to whether the prospective candidate to be employed,if he or she possesses a good culture fit.Culture at that moment is usually rather difficult to define,you generally know when you have indeed found the right candidate that appears to fit your culture.At that point,there is a feeling that you have gotten the right person for the job offer.
